Participating in the Real Estate Case Competiton organized by MIT was one of the highlights of my MBA experience. I was pricileged to join a team of four from the U.S., U.K., Switzerland and Hong Kong. We had five days to prepare a detailed business proposal based on a realistic property development case that was set in London. When we were invited to the semi-finals in London, it felt like a real multi-million dollar business pitch instead of just a competition.
