Joining the exchange program was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. The 3-month exchange program was a great retreat from work. I helped organize various school activities and experienced the hype of Ivy League football games, ice hockey, Oktoberfest, Movember, Diwali, etc. Not only was it an experience of a lifetime, it was also a great opportunity to develop my adaptability and flexibility when working in a multi-cultural environment. I loved the journey very much.
